My mate has genuine spares going for a song!
Fiat garage closure forces silly price stock sale!
This is real, no messing, brand new stuff.
Most, if not all, models covered.

Contact direct for further details: psar...@ukonline.co.uk

My 1st car, 10 years ago was a Fiat Strada. Bit of a bucket but nice and
easy to work on. Personally i would love to get my hands on a mint Strada
Abarth 130TC. Rare as hens teeth but nice in a funny sort of way.

Daughter just added a Fiat Cinquecento Sporting to the stable.
Definitely an incipient classic. Enormous fun, quirky interior,
distinctive styling (unlike its replacement), great little
free-revving engine. Doesn't handle as well as the Minis because it's
too tall and it's not as quick as my (as yet) unmodded Mpi Cooper -
but better equipped (central locking, electric windows) and more
practical (room for adults in the back, big hatchback, fold down rear
seats). Every home should have one ;-).

Pix in the 'Our cars' album at the url in my sig.

Hurrah!

At last - someone else who thinks the Cinq. is great little car!!

I'm a huge Mini fan and was not too pleased when my wife opted for the
Cinquecento (sporting) instead of a Cooper. That was about 18 months
ago and sadly my (tweaked) 1275GT has had to go (still wearing the
black armband) and I'm using the Cinq. for about 300 miles a week!

Nearly as high a grin-factor as the Mini - still can't believe it's
only 1127cc!!

I agree with what you say about the body roll - so does the wife - so
we're soon to fit some 30% stiffer, 30mm lower springs (comes in at
under 100 UKP). Should improve things a little ;-)

Stand up and be counted!!

Chris

PS: How do you find the multi-point? Not as easily tunable, are they?

Haven't really started yet. Will be adding K&N air filter, LCB and
changing the exhaust from the cat back shortly, which should perk
things up a bit. Next step will be a new head.

I'm sure I've read something about the ECU's 'learning' to deal with
these sort of modifications over X thousand miles?! Dunno how much
truth there is in that though?

I *must* get another Mini!

Friend of mine has an Abarth Cinquecento. Only a handful of them over here.

Are they the one's with the side-skirts, roof/boot cowling and front
valance with spots? Or are they an import?

My wife wants the Abarth body kit (as above) - To be honest, I think
she's turning into a girl-racer as it was her that suggested the
lowering springs, and she also wants it chipped and some new alloys!!

I say go for the 'wolf in sheeps' clopthing' effect and spend the cash
on an Uno Turbo engine (should drop straight in the Cinq, in theory!),
a big-bore kit for my scooter, or another Mini for me!

Another nice thing about the Cinq, and the Mini, is that other
Cinq/Mini drivers flash and wave at you.

How many Ford Fiasco or Escrote drivers do that? Appologies to all
Fiasco/Escrote lovers, each to their own, eh?
