Oh right. You manage to get more out than you put in.

Great when you run out of petrol, just piss in the tank.

Here's a tip - it doesn't work. The only way you could possibly make it
work would be an external source of incredibly cheap electricity and
store the hydrogen on your vehicle. Do you think all the millions of
dollars/ pounds /yen that have been poured into this over the years by
energy /car companies have been utterly wasted? Do you think that a lone
backyard inventor /loon /bloggist is going to magically find something
they can't? Something in the amazingly simple process of splitting water
into its component parts that hasn't yet been discovered?

I doubt it.
