Not received one myself, but you should forward it to the CC to ask them if
genuine.

Clicking on the link takes you to
http://www.trailermail.co.uk/caravanclub/emailRRAE1211/email.html which
looks a bit suspicious. However, all the links on the page seem to take you
to the genuine CC website.
Why the CC would link via trailermail.co.uk I don't know. I don't suppose
that's much help.

Regards, Graham

Just ditch it and forget about it.

http://www.trailermail.co.uk leads to http://www.fivebyfivedigital.com

I think that you'll draw your own conclusion.

I got one of those today - I assumed that it was prompted by my stay at
Edinburgh Caravan Club site over the weekend. I hadn't looked at it, but
following your post I clicked on the link and it took me directly to the CC
website. The email addressed me by name, so I'm tempted to believe that it's
genuine. I get my emails in HTML format and I've previously agreed to reply
to their monthly surveys.

The most recent genuine survey was for methods of communication with members!

I have also received one of these emails but it displayed as HTML in the
normal club layout. Checked the full header and it looked genuine.
Clicking on the link took me to the Caravan club login page.
Logging in takes you to the survey page. That page is not shown on the
site index but by typing the explicit URL rather than clicking on a link
took me back to it

I did not get the link to trailermail that Graham quoted but followed it
up out of interest. They appear to be a legitimate website development
and advertising company who list the caravan club along with their well
known and less well known clients.

Colin

I got one, if you click on any of the links in the e-mail they take you
to the CC site and the correct CC page, planning your trip, expert
advice, about us etc. Hardly likely that a scam would go to so much
bother.
