There's a lot of charging about!

The problem with the mis-use of the word arrest is that a lot of people/
gutter media start to assume guilt. I find the current guilt by public
opinion disgusting and it could eventually make it impossible for anyone
charged to have a fair trial. We will all have to prove that we are
innocent!

all it takes is some twat to report you with a good story and the polis turn
up at your house with a search warrant like they did with me in
1995.....think they were looking for some sort of porno production and
manufacturing facility.......bit like the fusebox writing to my
employers.....

You got it in one.

The people that run the EuSSR (did you know that European police have greater powers than the KGB did?)
don't like our jury trial system, and want to get rid of it in favour of their 'guilty unless you can find a technicality'
arrangement.

The sooner the UK abandons the EU, the better (for the UK).

Although, in all fairness to the New Communists, the UK has been doing its best to look the way the EU wants,
in the case of Emma West. Remember her? Arrested and charged with a crime she didn't commit, and refusing
to plead guilty to the ongoing embarrassment of 'the authorities', she's on her sixth trial date. Abuse of process,
anyone?

Just to make sure they can bang her up for something, two police *allege* that this non-violent person assaulted
them on one of their visits to her house. No independent witnesses, of course, so it isn't hard to see where this is
going.

Another woman that appeared to racially abuse people shortly after the Emma West case broke, was merely
interviewed and wasn't named.

Anyone like to guess what the differences between Emma West and the Unknown Woman are?

Odd - I foolishly thought that it had something to do with removing
cut-throats from the alleyways of London.

I don't recall being brutalised by the police while working. While
motoring, perhaps.
