With the mood among voters still highly volatile, cabinet minister
Peter Hain launched a fierce attack on self-indulgent 'dinner party
critics' among the liberal middle classes who are tempted to use the
ballot box to punish Blair. He said that by doing so, they would only
hurt the poorest, who were dependent on a Labour victory.
The leader had 'got the message' about their displeasure, Hain said,
arguing that those who still disagreed over Iraq or civil liberties
should reopen the arguments after the election.

process. Peter Hain, let me introduce you to democracy.
Peter Hain-Campbell suggests that we should withdraw from the field
until after the election. Well fuck you Hain-Campbell.
Let me explain how it works. We - voters - decide how to vote. We -
voters - have power only at election time. You - fascist New Labour
politicians - are not concerned with voters at any time except election
time. You - fascist New Labour politicians - ensure that you are
not accountable nor responsive to the electorate. You - fascist New
Labour politicians - will be held to account at this election for
your actions including the illegal invasion and occupation of Iraq
and your attacks on civil liberties. The only power we have as voters
is to decide how to vote and we overwhelmingly reject Tony Blair and
Fascist New Labour. Got it?
You - fascist New Labour politicians - ARE no different from the
Tories except that it is YOU and not the Tories that has attacked
Iraq and made huge attacks on civil liberties and human rights. It
is extremely unlikely that a Tory government would have been able to
make such fascist achievements.
Vote against Bliar and New Labour. Persude others to do the same.
