British soldiers in Iraq was used 15 years ago by the IRA, with the
assistance of British security forces.

The Force Research Unit (aka the "Det"), which had agents in the Real
IRA cell responsible for the notorious Omagh bombing in 1998, has
recently been absorbed by the new Special Reconnaissance Unit (SSR).
The two "SAS" men caught last month by Iraqi police in Basra with a
carload of explosives were members of this unit.

In all probability they were caught preparing another bomb attack to be
blamed on Iran. And yet the British government, without so much as a
blush, continues to accuse Iran.
And, it seems likely, Condy Rice at their recent Chequers meeting gave
Blair his marching orders for the invasion of the next oil target.

Oh yes, and British military police chief Ken Masters (40, wife and two
children) has died suddenly at his quarters in Basra. Was he getting
too close to the truth about the "Iranian bombings", I wonder?
