It makes me feel soiled, morally, to have watched the most recent
episode. It seems that we're supposed to accept the rape of Iraq as
perfectly reasonable. Then, more than that, to believe that killers in
that war, who have murdered innocents, are to be excused because,
simply, they are Yanks.
It makes me want to throw up. Yanks have been genocidal in Vietnam,
Korea, Panama, Grenada and so much more, but the continue in their
crass and disgusting triumphalism. The go so far as seeing killers as
victims.
I can't understand the criminal, and, I think, despicable, hatred of
life that seems to b the liveblood of Yankland. All that seems
important is Yankland uber allles.
I was horrified by the film that I watched yesterday 'Crossing the
line' - it, too, gloried in this disgusting triumphalism.
It was worse, really, the idea that this new imperialism could have
some virtue.
Fucking Nobel Peace Prize.
it makes me feel so angry and unhappy.
