I am posting this from my new netbook. Seem to have most things set up
correctly but when I look at the check spelling in here it is in French and
no way to change to English. Any ideas?

If you are using Outlook Express that's all it does. (Unless it's changed
recently.) I changed to Outlook for that reason. It happened during one of
the updates, can't remember which.

Cheers,

Geoff.

Thanks - looks like oe will be ditched on the netbook then. I
imported from here but I guess the spelling settings would be in the
main program

Some versions of Outlook 2007 only have the French dictionary.
Search out the little free program spelloe_setup that will give you an
English dictionary.
