Can anyone recommend what product is best for flushing coffee grounds out of
the waste pipe from the kitchen sink?

(Lesson learned - I tap the strainer out in the bin from now on).

I infer from your asking the question that you're experiencing some
problem with using water to flush coffee grounds out of the waste pipe from
the kitchen sink, but you don't say what that problem is.
