Yet I can't see the catch (apart from tied in for another year).
"If you do decide to cancel, you'll be charged the normal price for
our Unlimited Evening and Weekend Plan, which is currently �2.95 per
month (plus line rental at �11.25*) for customers without a renewable
contract, once your current contract ends. Once your contract is
renewed, you won't be able to cancel it before the next renewal date
without incurring termination charges. If you do decide to end your
contract within the 12 month minimum term, you will incur a single
charge of �7.50 for each month left of the minimum term."
Anyone have any advice please?

In effect you are tied into to a continuous contract, with an
opportunity to get out without penalty once per year. I wouldn't
touch it with a barge-pole.
