I have purchased from Babz with no problems as well; I was just pointing
out that the OP was saying he thought they hadn't sent anything.

OK so the original price was right, but the last sale was on the 5th of
April - almost a week before Babz "sent" the second item and almost two
weeks before the refund was given. Admittedly not proof either way by any
means.

If they are out of stock then it is wrong to have the listing still active
and showing over 8,000 available. This may be accepted practice -
encouraged by eBay's algorithms - in order to keep high in the eBay chart,
but it is wrong nonetheless and could well have fuelled the OPs suspicions.
