You can trace anyone via their IP address but proving who was sat at
the keyboard at the time the comments were posted is impossible.
Especially if you have six mates, sorry, witnesses who will testify
that they were all bollocksed and using the offending computer at
various times at the time the libellous comments were made.
Only an idiot would commence highly expensive legal proceedings in
such circumstances.
Mind you, the internet is replete with idiots so anything's possible.
Personally, from reading what I've read, he sounds like a little shit
who needs a thorough beating.............but if he denies everything
then any libel action would fail.
