I have asked David Damerell in Ian Jackson's
absence that the two email addresses given by Charles Lindsey have
been tested from hotmail and live accounts and they work with no
problem with the messages going to all moderators.

There has been no reply.

I repeat please can David Damerell confirm that the tests from both
types of accounts to all moderators have been carried out?

PS What is holding up the group go live - I am really looking forward
to it.

Ignorance, stupidity and the general head-up-arse attitude of Damerell
and Jackson. No wonder you love them so much that you desire to cling to
them like crap to a blanket. You each have so much in common.

Perhaps you can sit on a spike and swivel?

No, that place is entirely for people with steroid abuse problems to
bluster and out-macho each other.

Of course. Steve is either lying or deluded, and who cares which?

A comment which can only invite references to pieces of cookware comparing
the relative extent of carbon deposits on thier surfaces.

In your case I am beginning to suspect that this is a clever way of getting
the last word. By having as many people as possible killfile you for being
a dick, you reduce the chances of your often rather eccentric opinons on
things being rebutted. I am grudgingly impressed by this trick.

I suspect that's rather glamourising things. I hope the new group succeeds,
but can't help but wonder how many sensible posters remain, given the flame
wars that have been going on for a very long time.
