Yawn.

The malicious email you sent to my employer falsely insinuating that I
am a paedophile is with Wiltshire Police, Evans. You'd do well to
remember what happened the last time you tried to pull this stunt.

Shall I remind you?

No idea what that is about.

If it is something recent, then I suggest that you investigate those with a
history
of stalking me, M3OSN, G4KFK, G3VKI and G7KUJ.

Most probably G7KUJ or G3VKI who sent an undertaker round to pick up
my body, or who cancelled my licence.

Speaking out against the gangrenous degeneration of amatuer radio over the
years has certainly attracted a lot of unpleasantness, seemingly now from
you.

(Why is this crossposted?)

That arrest was a malicious action by Brian Reay M3OSN. Over an 18 month
period
he published 24 articles that were racially offensive and irrelevant to
amateur radio.

When he originated a grossly offensive article to intimate that my wife was
a sheep in
the bed next to me, I pressed him for an apology.

He complained that my pressing him for an apology was harassment and ran
sobbing and
screaming to seek that his fellow w*nkmasons in the ploddery should dry his
tears for him,
who immediately dropped the matter as soon as the litany of Reays
provocative and
offensive remarks were presented to them.

However, Reays inability to take in what he gives out set in motion a
sequence of
events that lead to the suicide of a Wiltshire plod, Richard Fuller W177.

Brian Reay's modus operandi, which continues to this day, is to goad people
as
part of a sick psyche seeking attention and then to run to the ploddery when
he
gets his result.

That reason alone is sufficient to confine him to a KF lest you get caught
up
in his web of mental derangement.

There are at least 4 recorded cases of Reay deliberately and maliciously
stirring
people up in uk.radio.amateur and then running sobbing and screaming to seek
that
the ploddery should dry his eyes for him.

I have the email with headers, as does my employer, as does Wiltshire
Police.

Neither is it the first time you have sent a malicious communication to
the employer of someone you have disagreed with. There are at least two
other verifiable instances that I know of.

May I remind you that following your conviction for sending same, you're
still operating within the terms of your 3 year conditional discharge,
and that a further conviction is likely to result in a custodial
sentence?

The "We'll Shite (All Over you) Conplodulary? I have commented

I have never done such a thing. I regularly and civilly disagree with
people. However, what I do not tolerate is people like you who originate
rude remarks.

Shame on you.

An appeal is being prepared so I shall not comment on that.

However, I suggest that you stop harassing me lest you find yourself on the
wrong
side of the law.

Again, I have no idea what you are talking about. I do not know
who is your employer, and I have never sent a malicious
communication to any employer.

What I have done, is where I have a genuine grievance against
a public body because the computers of that public body are being
used to heap offensive remarks in my direction is to complain
to that public body under the Computer Misuse Act.

If you say that I have contacted your employer, and I have no
idea to what you refer, then what was your behaviour leading up
to that alleged communication?

You're a really bad liar, Gareth. Your assertion is provably false:

Message-ID: <igkiha$bqi$1...@news.eternal-september.org>

>What I have done, is where I have a genuine grievance against
>a public body because the computers of that public body are being

Liar. I did not use my employer's computing facilities to make the
posting you complain of, as you know perfectly well. I made that
posting using my own personal ID of 'mi...@jasper.org.uk', using my home
PC, on my home broadband connection, in my own time. My employer was
not involved in any way, shape or form. You had no valid reason to
involve them.

You took it upon yourself to dig up dirt on me, discover who my employer
was, and attempted to cause me trouble by making a complaint to them.
Fortunately, your email was seen for what it was - a malicious
communication designed to harass me and cause me alarm and distress -
and this is also understood and has been logged by Wiltshire Police.

You have a history of making malicious complaints to the employers of
people to whom you have taken a dislike, Gareth, as is proven by your
conviction for same.

Go to bed and sleep the booze off, eh?

Rattled now, eh?

Don't worry, I have it, the full headers, and I also have the logs from
the mail server showing the IP address you used to send it which tallies
with the IP address you were using to post to usenet at the time.

Your claim falls flat. If you posted from such an email address, how was it
possible to deduce who is your employer?

> Fortunately, your email was seen for what it was - a malicious

I have no idea what you are talking about, but if you reproduce the
posting that you say triggered the alleged behaviour, would it itself prove
to be "a malicious
communication designed to harass me and cause me alarm and distress"

You go remarkably silent and increasingly rude when you are challenged.

Shame on you.

Perhaps a moderated group might be needed to protect people from the

But I will comment upon THAT infantile remark. I have always been open

of your obvious stlaking of me.

You continue to be a really rude and unpleasant person.

Is there a double standard there? Mr.Tomlinson thinks it to be OK
to use the Internet to originate abusive material that is readable
by 3rd parties, but objects when an alleged right-of-reply response is also
made via the Internet that is also readable by 3rd parties?

Don't bother, Les. I'm done here, the intention was to demonstrate as a
warning to people reading the RFD here in uk.net.news.config the
vindictive and malicious nature of some of the regulars (aka 'usual
suspects') in uk.ra.

Looking forward to the CFV for uk.ram and, if it is passed, making a
positive contribution. I shan't respond to Gareth any more, except if
he makes a useful contribution to the moderated group*, in which case I
will respond in kind.

All that has been shown is that a filter-list in ones own computer is much
more agile and better at filtering what you want to read rather than what
someone thinks you should read.

next??? - will the the same people will be standing at the checkouts of
various shops and supermarkets checking the basket and deciding on what we
are allowed to eat????

What happens if all moderators miss a howler of a message and lots of
people start to complain about the moderators not doing a perfect job?

What happens with moderators who deliberately moderate one persons
messages more often that others messages?

Not a bad idea really, given the obesity epidemic that's costing the
country billions of pounds a year. Chocolate bars, fizzy pop, frozen
microwave meals all against the charter and rejected, Ryvita and fresh
fruit on-topic and authorised.

If the moderators are doing a good job normally, the occasional manually
moderated message that was accepted that mods acknowledge was an "oops"
will be accepted [pun unintended] as no-one expects that a good set of
moderators to be 100% perfect. If it was a whitelisted poster I'd expect
the mods to say the poster is not now whitelisted for a period and
they've adjusted their trigger word list if appropriate to do so.

>What happens with moderators who deliberately moderate one persons

Care to tell everyone which moderation software is capable of assigning
a percentage to the amount of a poster's articles which should be
moderated other than 0% unless you hit triggers if whitelisted or 100%
if you are not whitelisted?
