story about Lord Feldman, the co-chairman of the Conservative Party,
who may have described

The curious thing about this item is the use of the description

There has been a lot of shouting from the street into our house
recently. A few minutes ago I thought the word "horrible", and an
English guy in the street outside our house
shouted "yeah I know it's horrible innit", referring to the
