I just did the same.
I have the remains of a Sinclair ZX81, a long wire for when I had dial-
up internet access, three bongo vids (VHS) and a LOT of dust

News 24 have just reported a story that 2 cops went to the address on
a routine enquiry, got no reply and "decided to hang around" ,went to
speak to neighbours who told them they had heard "footsteps of a

in .
Sounds a bit unlikely and contradicts what others have said about how
the cops gained entry which sounded more like the usual raid ..Knock

Unless they've been away this is comically implausible.

Just to correct the history of this

NOT her Paternal Grandparents, but a 39yr old Man
that *may be* on the fringe of the Mothers related family.

Persistant police work though does seem to have born fruit

Funny how it's nearly always someone the victims knows rather than the
lone-stalker-pedo-weirdo-gun-fanatics that are supposed to live on every
street and are waiting to seize da kids

Isn't it always better to wait for the full story.

Her step-daddy's uncle, basically. And a nice demonstration
that the Plod really do fuck your vehicles up by towing them
away wrong when the handbrake's on; which kind of also does
neatly contradict current BBC advice to always leave it in gear
when parking.

Drivers: no, leave them in neutral
Police: tow from the back guys, the handbrakes tend not to
lock the front wheels.

Eh? How does this story demonstrate that?

Fred.

News showed the guys ( presumably his) car being dragged on to a truck
with the rear wheels locked . I just assumed that the guy was in the
copshop and had the keys in his pocket and Plod couldn't be arsed
getting them to unlock the car .
