Has a similar effect on me as Discovery's 'My Shocking Story'.

It's bad enough they even transmit this fucking freak show, without them
previewing it every 15 minutes, threatening me with throwing up every
time. :(

I used to watch programmes like this all the time but the feeling of
depression just does my head in. Fucking animals the way some of them act.

I'm with you on that - years ago I used to watch all the documentaries
and be all concerned but after a while and with all the crap in real
life I go for entertainment.
