How does that work then? I presume they haven't been stockpiling them - I
don't want to pay a fiver for a packet of foosty[1] Cadbury's Toffee

I'm sure they'd love to ban this practise but you can still get 'em. I get
sherbet lemons and kola kubes from my local newsagents that way. AND there's
Woolworth's Pick'n'Mix of course. Mmm... sugar... :-)
