Much speculation on DS and elsewhere that this was planned and that she had only signed up for a week.
Not sure it really matters, but I've always been anti- this kind of conspiracy-theorising...but now I'm not so sure. Has she just been toying with us yet again?

I suspect that finding out what the British public really think of her has given her a bit of a shock and she really has flounced out.

I think probably so, or at the very least the production company will have conveniently "forgotten" to write a penalty clause in to her contract.
Regardless I'm glad she's gone. IMO it was simply unfair to bring in a celeb who had done IACGMOOH before, although I'm sure commercially it was a canny decision.
