How to make a DVD cover

OK here is the really tough one - anyone have any idea how to go about
making a dvd cover - ideally and more specifically one to fit a super jewel
case - if found the spec for the inlay from the super jewel sight but its in
.pdf format and so I cant drag and drop graphics onto it. - A real dummys
piece of software would be ideal.

Why bother - go to sites like (there are many more - better
maybe)

and find a replacement. All the DVDs are there - as well as
different countries' version

Yes but some how I doubt the have the covers for Braveheart, Jurrassic park
/ lost world, back to the future and a few other which either have no cover
or only the front.
These dvd's are kinda *special*
