I think it's not actually out of print! One of my friends has a copy
which she has got in the last 6 months. I don't know where from. But
don't be so desperate for one, apparently people are getting ripped
off. (I personally don't think the design work is that nice out of the
game either, unfortunately)

Try Otaku Publishing (www.otaku.com) - I got my copy from there, and
they recently had it mentioned as available in one of their web
updates... and yes, it is an excellent book!
