This time the travellers have blown it by camping in Abbey Fields,
which is more of a sacred cow to the good people of Kenilworth than
the green belt which separates Kenilworth from Coventry.

"God is Love" it said above their tent. Judging from what I observed
about the young men and teenagers who swarmed over the town, it seemed
like a convention of micro-skirted tarts and swarthy football
hooligans with Irish accents.

It's the blatent disregard for others never mind the bye-laws of the town
that annoyed me about that.

To be fair you would probably see the same in Coventry city centre at the
weekends. It's just that we're not used to it.

Chris H,
He's predictable, but that's to be expected.

Are you now stocked up on lucky heather and wooden clothes pegs and great
offers to have your drive done cheaply?

Well people in South Coventry are quite pleased that the green belt keeps
the inbreds & pensioners from Kenilworth out.

The green belt won't stop them. They have free bus passes. The pensioners
that is.

They're probably all around you now.

I have just read your artical...
and well it seems to me that you are ignorant.
I am a real romany gypsie, i would just like to inform you that travellers
are the people who get thrown from concil housing and are the scrapings from
the bottom of the preverbial social barrel... who then go and live in broken
down busses in woods, they are your breed not mine.
Also the people which you encountered are neither Romany-Gypsies or
travellers they are Irish Tinkers...& no self respecting Romany Traveller
has anythink to do with them.
My kind dose not like to be grouped with them as we are of a differant race
& i am sure you would not either, so next time your ignorance causes you to
write somethink please do your reserch into what you are grouping people as.

You are almost as bad as: "Erica Nurney"

>> Are you now stocked up on lucky heather and wooden clothes pegs and great

No.1 i am a romany-Gypsie,

No.2 Yea... Romany-Gypsies used to sell hether n clothes pegs... back in the
1800...but wern't some of your breed rag & bone men back the.. same thing!
Get with the times i don't no 1 person who still dose that.

No.3 Irish Tinkers do bodged drive ways, not Romany-Gypsies... we are a
differant breed and do not like to be classes as the same.

No.4 Traveller, as you so quaintly reffer to all of us, are your breed.
Travellers are the people who have left counsil houseing and the scrappings
from the prverbial social barrel how go and live in broken down busses & old
caravans in the woods.

So next you write somthing like this do your research 1st.
