No ISP would tell you what action it was or wasn't taking against one of
their customers FACT! to do so would be a breach of Data Protection Act.
Their standard reply to any enquiry as to what action they are taking is "We
can not divulge what action will be taken, but the issue is being taken
seriously and appropriate action will be taken if dammed necessary"
