Have watched with interest to see if you have had many replies to this query,
and assume that you have not, as you have posted the message several times.
Don't you think anyone who remembers WW1 will be a bit long in the tooth to be
dealing with computers? (unless they're local history buffs).
I can't remember that far back - though I'm rather wrinkly - and can only
remember the Ritz cinema in the centre of Wigan. I have never heard of the
Alliance cinema at all. I think there was a cinema in Darlington St. but I
can't remember what it was called.
Hope you are sucessful - I have posted several queries up on the internet, and
mostly have had a good response.
