Wigan "Picture House" ?

Anyone give me any information about an early cinema in Wigan?

Believe it was called, "The Alliance Picture House" and was
probably one of the earliest cinemas -- pre WW-I.

Interested in learning just where it was located and name of the
owner and any staff.

Is anyone able to provide information on an early Wigan cinema?

I'm looking for information about "The Alliance Picture House" --
imagine it was around the time of WW-I -- specifically, what
was the address, who was the owner, names of any employees, when
did it close, etc.
