Wanted Electrician and cleaner

Anyone recommend an electrician who can put up a couple of light fittings to
replace the ones currently there?
And also a couple of people wanted to give a small terraced house a good
tidying and cleaning? (Family illness has meant it's been left for a couple
of months more or less untouched and I just don't know when I'm ever going
to find the time to do it)
