Europe's finest bottom feeders are at it again. Making the rules up as they
go. changing the laws as required. It seems Berlusconi is at it again, big
money bending the rules and even the law. Caught pants up to the hilt in
mess.

November 27th The country's constitutional court removed Berlusconi's
immunity from prosecution.

Power and Greed in a fine silk suit.

Berlusconi stands accused of paying his former British tax adviser David
Mills $600,000.00 in bribes to give misleading evidence in two corruption
trials in the 1990's. An appeals court in Milan confirmed Mills'
four-and-a-half-year sentence as just. However under Italy's statute of
limitations, the charges Berlusconi faces in the Mills case are due to
expire in 2011. Now Italy's Constitutional Court has rejected a law granting
Berlusconi immunity from prosecution, passed last year under pressure from
the centre-right.

In addition to that a second trial, in which Berlusconi is accused of tax
fraud involving his broadcaster Mediaset's purchase of TV rights during the
1990s, has been reopened. Which under Italy's statute of limitations, the
charges Berlusconi faces are due to expire in 2012

So what do the minions do? That's right. The centre-right government wants
to drive a bill through parliament by the end of the year. It has put
forward a controversial bill that will reform the judiciary system by
shortening trial durations. If the bill becomes law and is applied
retroactively, Berlusconi's two pending trials would automatically be "timed
out."

No surprises there then.

What has this to do with uk.local.London, I hear you ask?

Well I am just pointing out that the law is the law, and what will society
become if there was not the rule of law?

For instance We could end up with some rouge government committing genocide
in our name. We might be taken into unlawful wars, on the whim of a crazy
cunt in the white house, shit, some crazy bastard might even order our
troops into an unlawful war about oil and regime change. Thank fuc we got a
pussy in number 10.

What I need to know is when the fuck is our Constitutional Court Judiciary
system what ever the fuck you want to call it will grow a pair and get this
fucker done.

The Iraq War was legal but not "legitimate" for a democratic country,
Britain's former UN ambassador said yesterday.

Play on words again, not "legitimate" NOT Being in compliance with the law;
unlawful:

Sir Jeremy Greenstock told the Iraq inquiry that the 2003 invasion did not
have the backing of the UN or the majority of British people, "so there was
a failure to establish legitimacy".

And Sir Jeremy, Britain's top diplomat at the UN from 1998 to 2003, added:
"If you do something the majority of UN states think is wrong, illegitimate
or politically unjustifiable, you are taking a risk. "I regard our
participation in Iraq in 2003 as legal but of questionable legitimacy in
that it didn't have the backing of the majority of member states."

But hang on doesn't that make it a war crime ? Under the Geneva Convention?

This treasons bastard is playing both sides of the fence. I remember this
cunt pushing hard for war on the nightly news. don't you?

telling it like it is... since 1965
