Humm, in answer to the OP, you are unlikely to find anyone with the
diagnostic gear for one of those, outside of bonafide garages which
will expect you to bring the car to them.
And having the diagnostic gear more often than not means nowt when it
comes working out what's wrong with Renaults.

The cost of the round trip to his house would probably be more than the car.
