He is making an attempt at some sort of speed record using a modified
disabled electric buggy. Bearing in mind the fact that he designed the
IOW fast cats, and also advises that he was involved with the
development of Concorde, getting 100mph+ out of a disabled buggy
shouldnt be a problem..................
