Last year's successful event, raised nearly £20,000 for the hospice
and saw nearly 400 runners circling Stanborough Lakes in Welwyn Garden
City. There are two runs, one at 11am and one at midday. Sponsored by
the Howard Centre. Run in fancy dress if you wish, maybe a Christmas
Pudding or Father Christmas. Teams and individual runners welcome.
There will be spot prizes on the day for the best dressed runners, and
you will get a free glass of mulled wine (over 18s only) and a mince
pie. Entry is £10 (free entry for under 16s). Race times to be
confirmed. Watch this space. Come and see Santa in his grotto and make
