Don't you get bored posting the same old crap every time? Can't you come up
with something new for a change?

Thank you Mavis I had forgot all about it so have just set my alarm clock
for 2am to remind me. Thank goodness for considerate people like you in the
world today.

God bless.

I did that one year. I woke up, put the clock back, and the bastard thing
woke me up again an hour later. It did it twice more, before I got so
pissed off with it, I threw it through the window.

That broke the clock, and I had a sleepless night for bugger all.

I shall remember to wind the hands of my clock forward by 23 hours at 2am
on November 1st 2009. I only have one clock to do now. Everything else is
either cellphones. computers, or cable boxes, and they do it all by there
little selves.

.....and there's me winding the clock before I go to bed at night, moving
the clock hands, adjusting the time balance ..... You do not get such
engineering with puters, cable boxes etc! Bring back the window tapper wake
up call.

A very shrewd observation. I like it.

I hope they have an improved spell checker than the one you rely on. You are
a bit of a joke matey. Your reliance on "technology" let you down the other
day. When I post a letter I get one delivered. When you post to a newsgroup
you get two delivered. Hardly an efficiency improvement.

You are just about the best example of what is wrong with the modern world.
Totally arrogant without due cause, spend your life on a pc, probably very
lonely but remain smug in your isolation, and if I remember your website
photograph correctly, very over weight!

I have not had cause to use this modern expression before but in your case
it is long overdue; Get a life! Get some fresh air! Failing that, get an
education!

Not quite sure who this is addressed to, but it's surely not me as my
spell checker works fine here normally. I spend a lot of time on a
computer, as it's my work as well as some leisure. I could do with losing
a few pounds but I'm not very overweight. I've just been outside for a
walk, and I'm quite well educated.
