Artist Interested in Leasing Space for Use As Studio

Hi-

I'm looking for a place I can lease to use as an artist's studio. I would be
using aerosol paints so it would need to be well ventilated. Maybe something
like a large garage or small warehouse unit?

A large, completely flat wall to hang canvases on to paint would be a plus.

Depending on the price etc, I might be interested in leasing the space on a
fulltime basis, or it might be a case where, for example, I book it a little
in advance and pay a flat rate for a few days use on a regular basis.

I live in Harborne, so the closer to there, the better.

If you have a space like this and you want to make some extra money, or you
know of a place that would satisfy the requirement, please let me know!
