If he was in one of Joe Arpaio's prisons he could not expect humane
conditions.   So what's that got do with someone in prison in a
civilised country?

Having said that, Breivik's claims don't sound very convincing.  But I
am sure they will be examined very fairly by the authorities and
replied to.
