In a democratic system - as you know - Criminal Minds have not the
right to vote, and certainly do they not ever have the right to run
for any office or to be elected.

This is very obvious - and I have explained it to you elsewhere in
great detail - about the nature and purpose of any Criminal Mind:
The nature of their soul is such, as to want to oppress and
destroy the society - they ENJOY TO DO SO -
and they plot and lie and pretend, and work only,
in order to destroy or oppress your life,
in whatever way they can manage, and in order to keep doing so.
I have mentioned several by name, which you can not only
verify, but also determine by yourself, now that you do
have the Human Rights Issues, that
very deeply and very understandably and very
practically,
give you a full understanding of and command over Criminal
Minds
by easily predicting their behavior and activities,
and by 'knowing what to look for' in them, easily
to detect them.

Their goals are opposed to the goal and purpose of a democratic
group - of us, because we want (of course, and our practice of
voting is ENTIRELY BASED ON us wanting) the best possible for
everyone,
even for the Criminal Minds themselves - which can not be

life in one way or another:
WHICH IS WHY you can not negotiate with Criminal
Minds,
you can not negotiate with them in North Korea, not
in Russia, not in Palestine, not in Iran, not in
China, not in Lebanon, not in Burma,
but you can listen to them, to find out their
weak spots, to find out their lies, and
you CAN show them, that you will not go away and that
you will not give in to them,
to Criminal Minds.

and the most vicious Criminal Minds on
Earth, like Putin and Hu Jintao are,
which is CONTRARY to the goal and purpose
- it is OPPOSING, DENYING AND DESTROYING
the goal and purpose of the United
Nations Organization,
and the 'Secretary General,' even more
so the new one, believes that THAT is his
job...
no wonder, that some of the most caring
people "want to have nothing to do with
politics" - not realizing, that exactly
they should be the ones caring for
politics)
and so, what you DO, is to demand only - you can not
strike any deals with Criminal Minds, do to their
nature - so
the only thing you do, is DEMANDING of them, that
they, Criminal Minds, comply with what you and what
all sane and responsible people demand:
Thus you vehemently oppose and negate their
Criminal Impulses.

"your natural or 'very best' friend" -
anyone who does hide his or her own evil nature
effectively, but who ARE nevertheless Criminal Minds)

In the present case, Venezuela's Chavez (being a very severely
Criminal Mind - see references) can not run for office. Any vote on
him is null and void.
