Either the charge is true or not true, and evidence can be presented
for or against.

What I don't understand is how these accusations were successfully
refuted.
There seems to be accusations he did something and he accuses people
of bullying him but there were no facts explaining what evidence there
was to say he had done these acts or had not done these acts.

Either way there is something very fishy about this case - probably his
patients hands.....
