I listened to as much of that as I could put up with.

Americans are very vulgar, ignorant, inarticulate and uncouth, and
like to "go one better" than the rest of us in terms of vulgarity and
crassness...................... a bit like the Irishman, Englishman
and Scotsman jokes... maybe they could be reconstituted and recycled
with "The American" in the "punchline" of the joke, just to give
expression to this cheap vularity of Americans?????
