Parental Responsibility - Private Creche

My wife and I have recently separated, we have two children one of school
age the other 15 months old. My wife is insistent on placing my youngest
daughter in a crèche facility rather than offer to let myself look after
her.Taking into account the fact that we live only a mile or so apart I feel
very strongly about this and intend to bring the matter up at future court
appearances regarding contact/residence.
My problem is this, for the last 3 months the proprietor of the crèche has
openly made available to me the attendance records for my daughter. However
she has now flatly refused to do so.The crèche is privately owned, will my
rights associated with parental responsibility extend to the proprietor
having to make available to me the attendance records?
