Or alternatively, a vicious racist stitch-up has been brought to an end :

"Dr Sharma and his legal team said they wanted to thank the press coverage
of the case which led to a vital defence witness coming forward after
reading the story.  The witness, Andrea Blair, did not know Dr Sharma but
gave crucial evidence for the defence. She told the jury she had seen
bullying and 'extreme' and 'open' racism when she worked at the clinic from
July to November last."

It may be relevant to note that Andrea Blair is also the name of a woman in
the same area who experienced workplace bullying and unfair dismissal a few
years previously.   Perhaps it's the same person, and she wasn't going to
stand by and allow someone else to be victimised?

"It is very drastic and embarrassing in India for anyone to be accused
of sexual abuse, let alone a doctor. Anything like this brings shame
not just on me but on the whole family."

Of what relevance is that?

Either the charge is true or not true, and evidence can be presented
for or against.

But how can it be relevant to talk about the attitudes of Injuns who
are rich enough to have the luxury of thinking such meaningless
thoughts?

Only a very small minority of Injuns are rich enough to have the
luxury of thinking such thoughts, and their imbecilic meanderings are
of no relevance to deciding whether a charge against someone in
England is true or false.

So what the fuckin jayzizz is that shithead talking about?

There seems to be accusations he did something and he accuses people
of bullying him but there were no facts explaining what evidence there
was to say he had done these acts or had not done these acts.

Either way there is something very fishy about this case - probably his
patients hands.....

On South Park, they call this the "Chewbacca defence":

  Cochran
Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, Chef's attorney would
certainly want you to believe that his client wrote "Stinky Britches" ten
years ago. And they make a good case. Hell, I almost felt pity myself! But,
ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, I have one final thing I want
you to consider. Ladies and gentlemen, this is Chewbacca. Chewbacca is a
Wookiee from the planet Kashyyyk. But Chewbacca lives on the planet Endor.
Now think about it; that does not make sense!
  Gerald Broflovski
  Damn it!
  Chef
  What?
  Gerald
  He's using the Chewbacca defense!
  Cochran
Why would a Wookiee, an eight-foot tall Wookiee, want to live on Endor,
with a bunch of two-foot tall Ewoks? That does not make sense! But more
important, you have to ask yourself: What does this have to do with this
case? Nothing. Ladies and gentlemen, it has nothing to do with this case! It
does not make sense! Look at me. I'm a lawyer defending a major record
company, and I'm talkin' about Chewbacca! Does that make sense? Ladies and
gentlemen, I am not making any sense! None of this makes sense! And so you
have to remember, when you're in that jury room deliberatin' and conjugatin'
the Emancipation Proclamation, [approaches and softens] does it make sense?
No! Ladies and gentlemen of this supposed jury, it does not make sense! If
Chewbacca lives on Endor, you must acquit! The defense rests.[1]
