Mirror investigation: Child porn culprits spared jail despite scores of
previous convictions

by Tom McTague, Daily Mirror 27/01/2012

THEY are disturbing figures which will strike fear and revulsion into
the hearts of parents everywhere.

Child porn perverts, some with more than 20 previous convictions, are
being spared prison because of soft-touch sentencing guidelines for judges.

A Mirror investigation today exposes how potentially dangerous (sic)
paedophiles (sic) are repeatedly being freed (sic) back into the community.

One offender in 2010 was let off by a judge even though he had been
hauled before the courts on 29 previous occasions for having indecent
pictures of children.

The year before, another evaded a jail sentence for a child porn haul
even though he had been caught 22 times before on the same charge.

"A Ministry of Justice spokesman revealed the Government would conduct a
review of paedophile sentencing ..."

exists.

There is little value in me correcting you, on the remaining ranting
garbage in your 'piece', if you cannot even get that correct.

Grow up, learn about the issues and damage you are doing, and get a
proper job.

Look forward to you visiting here, Tom.

Not clear what you're trying to do here, Mr Oldfield. Clearly Mr
McTague will ignore your missive, if he sees it at all. I suppose
writing it may make you feel better for a while.
