SCOPE AND PURPOSE: To be responsible for the UK
service engineering team and all associated tasks.
Responsible for the running of the Technical
Support Desk with assistance from the Senior
Technical Advisor. To provide on-line advice on
servicing matters relating to all Co products. To
oversee the provision of Technical Drawings and
information to Customers and Agents relating to Co
Radar and Radio installations, and other third
party products. To assist in compiling Spare
Parts Lists. To give general assistance to the
Customer Services Department.
