Job offer - Estate/Lettings Agent - Yorkshire

SITUATION VACANT

We are looking to employ up to two new members of staff encompassing the
positions set out below either full time or part time hours to suit. It is
envisaged the applicants will be over 21 years of age and salary will be
commiserate with experience

SECRETARY
Conversant in Microsoft Office WORD & admin experience with good telephone
manner

SALES/LETTING NEGOTIATOR
Hopefully some experience in either House sales or Lettings with a car &
clean driving licence

SUPERVISOR/MANAGER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
With experience preferably in House sales or possibly lettings with a view
to join the Board in the near future & take over as Managing Director for at
least one of the companies within 5-10 years. Depending on experience this
could be sooner.

The Group consists of three Limited companies encompassing a 20 yr old local
Independent Estate/Letting Agency in the Harrogate Area plus a Letting
Agency covering the Yorkshire area from Thirsk to Hull over to near
Manchester. Lastly a building/painting & decorating company for in house
and contracts.
