Metal gear Solid Premium Pack?
AFAIK It will contain the game, memory card, dogtags, stickers, T-Shirt and
Audio CD but I would like to know if there is anything else and if it will
be in the nice metallic case, similar to that of the Japanese Premium Pack.
I know they're Ł60 and that EB have got one on order for me, I just wanted
to confirm the details, if anyone knew....

Premium Pack came with Memory card stickers, rather than an actual memory card.

Anyway, I think I read somewhere that the Audio CD is music from Metal Gear 1 &
2. Is this right?

As Brend said, there's no memory card, just stickers. In addition to your
list, there's also (according to Special Reserve) a poster and six
postcards. The box looks like silvery card to me. Special Reserve have it
as being 49.99.
