Y Fenni - tasty cheese, also makes a goodly topping. Keep your eyes
open, I have seen it in one or two places your side of the border.

Another to watch out for is "Harlech", with horseradish (has an orange
wax).

It's quite a soft cheese, as cheeses go. You will just have to come
back across the pond for a while and try it for yourself, Wayne.

PS It has just started raining cats and dogs here in North London. I
am not complaining, so long as it doesn't do too much.

I could really enjoy that rain! Here in the AZ desert our average annual
rainfall is 7 inches, most of which falls during our Monsoon season which
runs from mid-July through August. Mostly the Monsoon brings hot winds and
dust storms with the occasional rain storm that might bring 3-4 of those
inches at one time.

Just done a bit of googling,it's available online:

www.cheesesdirect.com/welsh.htm

but you need to order a few to make the carriage worthwhile.

I shall give it a go. However, am in Wrexham again in a couple of
months time, so shall probably wait until then. OTOH, perhaps Bas may
like to try some before then. Off to have a look..........Many thanks,
