The last time I went to Santorini it rained torrentially. The locals
came out to watch as it was so unusual.

We've spent the first half of April (approximately) in warmer climes for
4 years in a row now, I recommend it! Peru twice, then India last year,
and most recently Israel/Sinai/Jordan. It comes as a wonderful contrast
to the typically chilly first 3 months of the year, and sets us up until
summer. :)

SE England has had lots of late snow with easterlies and frequent
bright skies and associated low temperatures, apparently due to
changed jetstream activity caused by climate change caused by people
jetting off to warmer places, ironic! :-)

I've rather enjoyed it.
