Which reminds me, next week I'm going somewhere to try some new
dishes, anyone have any of these?
Starters:
Rashmi Kebab - minced chicken with a blend of nutmeg, mace, fresh coriande
and a touch of garlic
Chicken Sekwa - Nepalese Speciality - Whole breast of chicken marinaded in
spiced and
herbed lemon juice with ginger, garlic, fenugreek
Main courses:
Chicken Narial - mildly spiced, delicately herbed, simmered in coconut,
lemon grass with mushrooms
Duck Jaipur - duck tikka with spring onions, green peppers, mushrooms with
garlic and red wine

I had Satkora Gosht a few weeks back and was very taken with the taste.
We did eventually discover that "satkora" is a variety of lemon which
grows only in the area around Sylhet
