"The Federal state Constitution (1) will be changed as follows:

Article 94a (new) Sustainable and resource-efficient economy

1 Federation, Cantons (regions) and Communities strive to achieve a
sustainable and resource-efficient economy. They promote closed (raw-)
material cycles and ensure that economic activities do not put the
potential of natural resources at risk. They minimise danger to and
stress upon the natural environment." (Unofficial translation)

*** "succeeded" means that the proposers and their helpers within the
time allowed have managed to gather the necessary number of valid
endorsements for their proposal. In so doing they will force the state
to hold a binding ballot of the whole electorate. If the people vote in
favour then the law will be changed in accordance with the proposal.
