html to excel converter

Anybody know of a converter that can carry out the above?

Just copy and paste using "Paste Special" and I.E.4 or better with Excel
'97 or better.
(Works for me :)

You may want to check JafSoft http://www.jafsoft.com they have a number of html
conversion type programs. Also check npsoft.org http://www.npsoft.org its a
software site specifically for schools and nonprofits. All software listed is
discounted.
