That's a very philosophical question! I think the answer is yes: an
opinion may or may not be a fact, while its factualness/truth is not
yet known or established.

If its objective truthfulness, or not, has been established, it ceases
to be an opinion and becomes a fact or a falsehood, respectively.

I think some of your opinions are allowed to be the same as facts.

Take these two statements:

It is my opinion that a cloudless sky often appears to be blue.

It is my opinion that no one is more handsome than me.

One is quite obviously fact and the other is merely blue-sky thinking! ;-)
