I have no financial stake in this business and am recommending him
as a satisfied customer. We have used Ray over the past 12 months
booking a minimum of 1, and up to 4 flights a month to Europe,
America and South Africa. We usually change our plans at least once
from the original schedule - sometimes 4/5 times before we finally
agree on dates/times etc and he copes with us exceptionally well.
He has never let us down - tickets have been where they should be,
and he knows how to get seats even when the airline say there are
none.
