Hi!

I am looking for a large touch-pad for an experiment. It should work
like a touch-screen without the monitor and have a size of about 20"
accross. Any ideas wher to get such a device?

Thanx
Jörg

Do you mean like a graphics tablet?
I think most of the Wacom products are pressure sensitive by degrees, and
large sizes are available.

an A3 Wacom or calcomp graphic pad is the nearest I can think of..
Though native there are specialist touch pad makers.. Maybe Wacom do
touch versions?

Thanx Nigel and Simon!
I finally found several vendors that actually sell the "touch" without
the "screen". It is possibel to purchase a sensitive foil on a glass
surface of almost any size (depending on budget). In case anyone cares:
http://www.microtouch.com and http://www.elotouch.com are two of them.
